Novadown offers two constructions of quilt cores:

- quadstyle (boxed/cassette)
- tubestyle (channels)

Novadown uses advanced baffle-box construction for both case styles. Baffle-box are small walls of fabric sewn between the top and bottom cotton shells. These keep the down in place, allowing maximum loft and eliminating cold spots.

Quadstyle quilt construction restricts any horizontal or vertical movement of down and
feather, for maximum comfort.

Tubestyle shell construction is suitable for warm and cold temperatures all year round.
